After several years playing high impact sport, I found it was time to slow down. Having always incorporating yoga to aid in strength and recovery and to stay injury free, it seemed a natural progression to immerse myself in yoga training, and then to share that love with others.
Having a strong base in natural health, yoga is the thread that brings everything together. I enjoy integrating yoga from the mat and into daily life.
In guiding a class I try to bring compassion for yourself and space to connect to your essence. I aim to guide others gracefully to feel the magic of yoga so you too can feel good in your body and spirit.
