Thanks to my sister Fiammetta I discovered yoga and thai massage in 2013. The experience and enthusiasm of Fiammetta on the return of an exploratory trip, which lasted 1 year around Asia, infected me and I started to practice yoga with her. I initially started to help her to run her studio and what I became passionate about and I began to understand the real benefit of this practice, which is not only a physical practice, but much more. It is a tool, a discipline, an art and a philosophy that helps you to live in serenity with yourself and with others.
