As a certified TriYoga teacher, I teach a systematized practice of asana (posture), pranayama (breathing practices), dharana (concentration techniques) and meditation. My personal yoga practice began over 10 years ago and has significantly deepened since becoming a teacher. Yoga is constant and present in all aspects of my life.
