While I have always enjoyed an active lifestyle I see yoga very differently than other means of keeping active such as going to the gym, hiking or running etc, I see yoga as soul food. During my classes I encourage my students to get the nourishing goodness that they need at that very moment to integrate into their lives.
Yoga has changed my life for the better and my mission is to share the magic of yoga with the world.
