Vanessa is a passionate Vinyasa based Yoga Instructor. Coming from a dance background, Vanessa was attracted to Vinyasa for its simplistic flow based movement. Her classes whilst challenging, leave participants with an insight into how to develop a deeper connection with their physical body.
Vanessa likes to draw on particular postures with the aim of encouraging participants to approach life with a more loving, open outlook. Her belief is that through using physical based movement and breathing sequences, individuals may be able deepen their own self-belief and use these tools to blossom and develop any aspects of their lives.
