I came to yoga first as a form of exercise and routine to manage my anxiety and depression. I quickly began to experience the myriad of other yoga benefits including self-love, confidence, focus, contentedness and appreciation for my body and all it could do. Every time I step onto the map I am coming home to myself and I now teach grounding strong sequences that encourage self-acceptance and confidence.
